We make your ear mould ourselves
If the mould doesn't fit exactly, the device will whistle and leak sound no matter how good it is. That's why we treat the mould as the job itself, not a detail of it.
Scanning at the branchA digital 3D scanner is at our branches. No putty goes in your ear.
Production in AnkaraThe 3D printer is in our central lab; your mould never goes into the post.

Free hearing test
We measure how much you hear with headphones in a quiet booth. No appointment needed, no obligation to buy.

We go over the result together
We explain what the result means. If you don't need a device, we tell you so.

Choosing the device
Chosen to match the degree of your loss and your daily life. You can try it before deciding.
- 04
Mould and fitting
Your scan is taken digitally, your mould is made in our own lab, and the device is programmed to your ear.

SGK paperwork
You bring the report; we handle the paperwork process on your behalf.
- 06
After delivery
We handle adjustment, check-ups and maintenance; if a fee applies, we tell you before the work starts. Your devices come with a 2-year warranty.

We're not tied to a single brand. Because we're an authorised dealer for all four, we choose the device based on your test results, not the brand.
