Yes. The hearing test and initial consultation are free at all our branches. You don't need to buy a device to learn your test result.

Yes. After your hearing test, you can first listen with the recommended device in the branch. Depending on the model, we also offer a trial at home or in your everyday environment. We agree on the duration and terms together before the trial starts.

First, the health board report and prescription that SGK requires need to be issued by an authorised health institution. Once your documents are ready, we handle the MEDULA check and the procedures our centre needs to do. Because the conditions can vary by age, single- or double-ear fitting, and report content, we review your file individually. Note: SGK is Turkey's social security system — it applies to holders of Turkish social security; other patients pay directly.

We handle the adjustment, checks, cleaning and maintenance of any device you bought from us. Some of these services are free; if a charge applies, we tell you the amount before the work starts. For parts and repairs, we check what's covered under warranty.

We offer home visits by appointment for people who have trouble coming to a branch. We plan the test, device adjustment or maintenance that can be done at home around your needs. If an assessment needs hospital equipment, we refer you to the right health institution.
